Returns & Exchanges

Returns 
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to process an exchange for you or offer merchandise credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached. Please send an email to getzinas@gmail.com with your invoice and confirmation number.

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Please send all returns to:

What cannot be returned? 

The following items are non-returnable: 
-All accessories 
-All jewelry 
-All intimates 
-All sale items (including mystery bundles)

Any items returned with stains, damages or without a tag will not be processed and your package will be sent back to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be given in the form of store credit. 

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges: 
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges must be returned unused, unwashed and tagged or they will not be accepted. 

If you need to exchange sizes in the same item, send us an email at getzinas@gmail.com and we will accept an exchange depending on availability. You will be responsible for sending your items back in order to exchange.


Shipping 
To return your product, please contact getzinas@gmail.com with an order number or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
